This is a very pretty house/apartment/villa on the ground floor with a small garden. It is on a complex where people of various nationalities live and also rent out their properties. It is a short walk(10-15 minutes) 2 minutes by car into Calpe  town and overlooks the sea. It is only a short walk down some steps to the sea front. The property is fully equipped and has a washer and dryer and fridge freezer. It also has Spanish TV and some English channels. The house including towels and bedding The house is just a few minutes drive to the shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
